A young woman could not drink apple juice or eat apples for many years because she reacted instantly with diarrhea.

Even without knowledge of the 5BN at that time, she was aware that a particular event was somehow connected to this allergy.

During school, she took part in an exchange program and went to France to live with a very poor family. One day, she had to eat apple puree which was prepared in her presence from apples which contained many many worms. This was very disgusting to her but it was the only thing to eat, so she swallowed it down. This started the SBS of the motorial function of the intestine as she had to get rid of the harmful food as quickly as possible. She therefore reacted with acute diarrhea. Since then, the apples, especially in processed form such as puree or juice, have become a track that quickly leads to diarrhea.

With knowledge of the 5BN, we did the following to solve the track / allergy: She picked an apple herself, cut it and made sure that no worm was present. She made it clear to herself that this apple has nothing to do with the causal situation in France and that the apple is good for her body and does no harm.

Since then, she has been eating apples and apple puree for five years now without problem, and she also enjoys drinking apple juice. Once a year it still happens that she has very mild diarrhea symptoms due to apple juice. There seems to be another track, which starts the SBS in combination with the apple juice – but since it is a minor anomaly, she has yet to address it.
