Description
From time to time I want a kebab. Because I eat it with my hands, some sauce sometimes runs down my face. That's what I thought, because whenever I wanted to wipe it off, there was no sauce to be found.
This discomfort was a constant feeling with such hearty meals.
Over the past few years, I've been looking at myself more and more,
I was able to find the reason in my childhood:
When I was a child, I was often on a farm and there was always a slaughter.
Afterwards, everyone would sit around the table together and “water” the slaughter.
A distant relative was very drunk and his face was covered in grease.
In this condition, as an 8-year-old, he kissed and licked me.
With a little insight of the 5BN, I was able to resolve it after 44 years.
That means that this discomfort disappeared after I became aware of this connection.
Note from Björn Eybl
44 years stored in cell memory: “Attention, sauce on the face - the kiss of the alcoholic.”
Looking again/recognizing as the basis for solution.
How to redeem? Everybody has their own way: blessing, visualizing, lighting a candle and praying, TRE, neurogenic trembling. In my book I have described possibilities.
One other thing: some traumas (e.g. abuse) are so intense that they cannot be “removed”. They are allowed to remain - on our path closer to God.
Note from Ingmar Marquardt
The SBS is about the skin's sensory response to an unwanted touch. The skin normally reacts according to the AHS (external skin pattern) with a reduction in sensitivity/numbness in the conflictive phase. More and more frequently, there are observations - also if this cannot be found in the literature so far - that this is only the case with intentional touch, which is suddenly not there anymore. But if it is the opposite type, namely the fear of being touched in a place that is not wanted, the skin apparently also reacts in the opposite way, namely according to the IHS (internal skin pattern). That means hypersensitivity and corresponding discomfort in the conflictive phase, like in this example. It is also quite possible that this was a sensory hallucination that occurred on contact with the splint because of two activated separation conflicts - i.e. a constellation in the sensory cortical field.
